Description
AtT20 Cell Line was derived after alternate passage of LAF1 mouse pituitary tumour cells as tumours in animals and in cell culture. Cells produce adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) at approximately the rate of 1000mU/mg of cell protein per week.

Ham's F10 + 2mM Glutamine + 15% Horse Serum (HS) + 2.5% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Cells grow in large aggregates.
Quality Control
AtT20 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
