AT6.1 Cell Line is a highly metastatic, anaplastic, androgen-independent sub-line which spontaneously developed during the serial passage of the non-metastatic, well-differentiated, androgen-responsive R-3327-H sub-lines in the laboratory of Dr J Schalken, Nijmegan, The Netherlands.

Quality Control
AT6.1 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
AT6.1 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
