Description
AT-3.1 cell line is a subclone of the AT-3 cell line being one of a series of related variants originating from a single spontaneous adenocarcinoma in the dorsal lobe of the prostate of an aged male inbred Copenhagen rat. AT-3.1 was derived from an anaplastic tumour with a high rate of metastases and cell line cell line is androgen-independent.

Quality Control
AT-3.1 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

AT-3.1 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
