Description
This AsPC-1 cell line was derived from nude mouse xenografts initiated with cells from the ascites of a 62-year-old female Caucasian patient with cancer of the pancreas. The cells produce carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), human pancreas associated antigen, human pancreas specific antigen and mucin.

Quality Control
AsPC-1 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
