Description
Normal diploid (46, XY) fibroblast with limited life span. The ASF-4-1 and ASF-4-2 lines were established from skins of the same donor at different ages. This cell line was taken from the donor at 47 years and 6 month-old.
Suggested Medium
Eagle's minimal essential medium with 10% fetal bovine serum
Quality Control
ASF-4-2 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
ASF-4-2 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
