Description
ARH 77 Cell Line was derived from a 33 year old female with plasma cell leukaemia. The cells synthesise IgG1 (kappa-light chain) and are EBNA positive.Although the cells are reported to originate from a patient with a plasma cell leukaemia (Cancer Res 1978;382508), it has now been shown that this is in fact an EBV transformed B lymphoblastoid cell line (Leukaemia 1999;131601-1607).

Quality Control
ARH 77 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
ARH 77 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
