Suggested Medium
DMEM/F12 medium supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum, hygromycin (25ug/mL) and zeocin (50 ug/mL).
Quality Control
AR-EcoScreen Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
