Quality Control
AP-16 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Subculture
0.1% crystalline trypsin-0.1% soybean trypsin inhibitor (Sigma type I-S) ; polylysine-coated culture dish is required

Storage
