Suggested Medium
DM201 medium with 2 % fetal bovine serum. Add fetal bovine serum at the concentration of 10% for initial cell attachment after thawing (one over night).
Quality Control
AH601(JTC27) Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
