AGLCL Cell Line is a normal B cell line of a 72 year old Caucasian male. From the same patient as LUDLU 1.

Suggested Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS). Cells grow as large cell aggregates; resuscitate in 8ml media with flask standing up until cells start to proliferate well.
Quality Control
AGLCL Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
