Quality Control
Ad12-3Y1-Z19 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Subculture
0.05% trypsin & 5mM EDTA. Dilute 1/10. Prepare many frozen ampules when received.
Shippment
Ad12-3Y1-Z19 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
