Description
AC2 Cell Line was derived from a mouse basophil clone and is dependent on Interleukin-3 (IL-3) for growth. IL-3 may be added in the form of Wehi conditioned media (10-20%). Culture densities between 10,000 and 100,000 cells/ml is necessary to retain cells in exponential growth phase.

Quality Control
AC2 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
AC2 Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
