Description
AB1-HA cell line is a mouse mesothelioma cell line transfected with influenza haemaglutinin gene (HA). Mice (BALB/c strain, female, 6-8 weeks old) were exposed to crocidolite asbestos through intraperitoneal injection, resulting in tumour development.

Quality Control
AB-1 HA Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
