Description
This A9HT cell line was selected by passaging A9 through syngenic C3H or semi allogenic mice over a period of three months and uptake was considerably higher than A9, thus A9 high uptake or A9HT. Karyotype is similar to A9 but with a slightly reduced total number of chromosomes, with the modal number of 53. This line lacks inosinic acid pyrophosphorylase.

Quality Control
A9HT Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

A9HT Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
