A2H Cell Line was used for the induction and isolation of nutritionally deficient mutants. A reclone of 'Clone A' established by Puck (the 'H' denotes MRC Harwell). Useful for genetic studies due to the low chromosome number.

Quality Control
A2H Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
A2H Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
