Description
Derived from tumour of thigh (unknown histology) of 8 year old Golden Retriever which had a previous history of mammary adenocarcinoma. Susceptible to canine corona-, canine Ad type I and II, canine herpes, canine parainfluenza and canine parvo- viruses.

Quality Control
A-72 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
