Description
This 745C2 cell line is a clone isolated from the parent line 745 TG-12. The cells are resistant to oubain and thioguanine and deficient in HGPRT. Haemoglobulin synthesis can be induced with 1.5% DMSO or 1mM oubain.

Quality Control
745C2 Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
