Description
293 N3S Cell Line was adapted for growth in suspension by passaging 293 cells in nude mice. The cells express adenovirus 5 early region 1 (E1) antigens and are permissive for adenovirus 5 host range mutants defective in E1 functions.

Quality Control
293 N3S Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
293 N3S Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
