174BR Cell Line is a primary skin fibroblast established from an adult female with a cancer predisposition who also exhibited multiple primary tumours. The donor was the sister of 175BR.

Quality Control
174BR Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
