153BR Cell Line was established from a biopsy of a normal 56 year old male. The cells have been used in radiation survival studies. EBV-transformed lymphocytes designated LB185 have been isolated from the same individual.

Quality Control
153BR Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.

153BR Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.

Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
