Description
1411H Cell Line is a non seminomatous germ cell carcinoma derived cell line. A yolk sac carcinoma cell line derived from a testicular teratomacarcinoma. This cell line is tumourigenic in nude mice.

DMEM (High Glucose) + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS). No sodium pyruvate.
Quality Control
1411H Cell Line was tested and found to be free of mycoplasma, bacterial, viruses, and other toxins. All cells were above 95% viability before freezing.
Shippment
1411H Cell Line will be shipped using dry ice.
Storage
Store the cell lines in liquid nitrogen vapor (less than -130°C)
